Mustang GT Giveaway

1. Eligibility

The Chicks N Whips Mustang GT Giveaway ("Promotion") is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Chicks N Whips LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins January 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends September 1, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time ("Promotion Period"). All entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period to be eligible.

3. How to Enter & Earn Entries

There are two methods to earn entries:

1. Purchase Method: For every $1 (USD) spent on a qualifying purchase at chicksnwhips.com, you will receive one (1) entry into the Promotion. A registered account is required for entries to be tracked. Fractional dollars are rounded down. No purchase necessary — see Free Entry Method.
2. Free Entry Method: To enter without purchase, send a handwritten request including your full name, email address, and date of birth to: Chicks N Whips LLC, Lakeland, FL 33801. One (1) free entry per household per week. Free entries are subject to verification and may take up to 14 business days to process.

4. Prize Details

One (1) grand prize winner will receive a 2024 Ford Mustang GT ("Prize"). The approximate retail value of the prize is $42,000 USD. The prize will be awarded as-is. Chicks N Whips LLC makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding fitness for purpose. Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes, fees, registration, insurance, and any other costs associated with acceptance of the prize. No cash alternative will be offered.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) winner will be selected from all eligible entries using a weighted random draw on September 1, 2026 at a live event in Lakeland, FL. The draw will be livestreamed on the official Chicks N Whips Instagram account. The potential winner will be contacted via the email address on their registered account within 48 hours of the draw. The winner must respond within 72 hours to claim the prize. Failure to respond within the claim window will result in forfeiture and a new winner will be selected.

6. Entry Limits & Verification

There is no cap on the number of entries a single participant can earn through qualifying purchases. Chicks N Whips LLC reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Official Rules. Entries made through unauthorized means, bots, or third-party services will be void.

7. Returns & Refunds

If a purchase that generated entries is refunded or reversed, the corresponding entries will be removed from that account's total. Chargebacks or disputed transactions will result in immediate disqualification and removal of all associated entries.

8. Publicity & Privacy

By participating, entrants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and general geographic location for promotional purposes by Chicks N Whips LLC without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. All personal data collected will be used solely for administration of this Promotion and will not be sold to third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

Chicks N Whips LLC is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries; technical failures; or any other conditions beyond reasonable control. The Promotion Sponsor's decisions are final on all matters relating to this Promotion.
