When you create an account or place an order, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and payment method details. Payment details are processed and stored by Stripe — we never store raw card numbers. When you browse our site, we may collect analytics data (page views, referral source, browser type) through Google Analytics 4 if configured.
How We Use Your Data
We use your information to fulfill orders, send transactional emails (order confirmation, shipping updates), manage your VIP membership, and count giveaway entries. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share necessary order data with our shipping carrier to deliver your order.
Giveaway Entries
Your entry count is tied to your account and visible on the public leaderboard by display name or username. If you prefer to remain anonymous on the leaderboard, you can set a username that does not identify you personally.
Cookies
We use localStorage (not traditional cookies) to maintain your cart, wishlist, and preference state across sessions. Analytics cookies may be set by Google Analytics 4 if that service is active. You can disable analytics collection by enabling Do Not Track in your browser.
Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing cnwinc.2021@gmail.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days. Note that giveaway entry counts are anonymized and retained for draw integrity purposes.

Products & Orders
All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud. Prices are listed in USD and do not include applicable taxes or shipping unless stated.
Giveaway Rules
The Mustang GT giveaway is open to US residents 18 years and older. No purchase is necessary to enter — contact us for free entry instructions. Entries earned through purchases are non-transferable and non-refundable. CNW reserves the right to disqualify entries obtained through fraud, abuse, or manipulation. The draw is a weighted random selection; higher entry counts increase (but do not guarantee) the probability of winning. The winner will be contacted via the email on their account and announced publicly. CNW reserves the right to modify giveaway terms, end dates, and prize details.
VIP Membership
VIP Pit Crew memberships are billed monthly via Stripe. Membership benefits are granted immediately upon successful payment. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months. CNW reserves the right to modify membership benefits with 30 days notice.
User Content
By submitting a ride photo to the gallery, you grant CNW a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your photo on the site, social media, and promotional materials. You retain ownership of your content. We will credit your IG handle where possible.
Limitation of Liability
Chicks N Whips is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be resolved in Polk County, Florida.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking once your order ships.

Carriers
We ship via USPS First Class and Priority Mail. Carrier selection is at our discretion based on package weight and destination. We do not currently offer expedited shipping.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the contiguous United States only. International shipping is not available at this time. We're working on it — follow our Instagram for updates.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date at cnwinc.2021@gmail.com with your order number and photos if applicable. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. CNW is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address change requests after an order is placed may not be possible once the order is in production.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
We'll respond within 2 business days with a return authorization and mailing instructions.
Ship the item back in its original packaging. Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Once received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
For size exchanges, follow the same process. We'll ship your replacement once the original is received and inspected. If the requested size is out of stock, we'll issue a store credit.
Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective item or the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Giveaway Entries on Returned Orders
Giveaway entries earned on a returned order will be reversed at the time of refund processing.
VIP Membership Refunds
Monthly VIP memberships are non-refundable. If you cancel, your membership and benefits remain active through the end of the current billing period.
